Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) is a non-denominational evangelical Christian seminary located in Dallas, TX.  

The mission of Dallas Theological Seminary as a professional, graduate-level school is to glorify God by equipping godly servant-leaders for the proclamation of His Word and the building up of the body of Christ worldwide. 

While there are several wonderful seminaries I considered, ultimately Dallas just felt like the right fit.  I chose DTS because of their academic excellence, highly regarded reputation, and above all, their commitment to the scriptures.  Their motto is "Teach truth. Love well."  I cannot think of anything better to strive for in life!  

I am pursuing a Master of Theology degree (ThM) with the hope of being well equipped for any setting God leads me to after seminary.  It is a long and difficult program, but I believe deeply these next few years of study will be well worth my time.  

My intention with this blog is to keep all of you who are on my 'team' informed of what I'm learning, celebrating, and struggling with.  Thank you for all your prayers, financial support, and kind words of encouragement.  While I'm the one sitting in classes, writing papers, and memorizing countless Greek and Hebrew words... You are the strong folks holding me up and I am eternally grateful!
